Who we are

Vaitu is run by Inglorious Coderz Srl, which decides how your data is used. For anything about your data, write to noreply@vaitu.net.

What we collect

Your email, name and password (stored encrypted). What you add to your profile: phone, website, country, photo, trades, regions and language. What you publish: events and their photos, including any client names you enter. Your applications, reviews, stats, reports and blocks. A device token for push notifications, and usage statistics only if you allow them. The pay you offer, the amounts you confirm and whether they were settled.

Voice messages

If you describe an event by voice, the recording is sent to our speech provider to be turned into text, and that text to an AI provider to fill in the form. We never store the recording or the text. Please avoid saying more about your clients than the job needs.

Who sees what

Open events are public, even to people without an account. When you apply, the organizer sees your name, contact details, message, rank, badges and reviews. Reviews are shown without the name of whoever wrote them.

Who helps us

Supabase and Vercel (hosting and database), Firebase by Google (push notifications and, with your consent, Google Analytics), Deepgram (speech to text), OpenRouter and the free AI models it reaches (filling in the form; these providers may keep or use what they receive), and Resend (email). Some are outside the EU, where we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

Why, and for how long

We use your data to run the service you signed up for, to keep it safe, and for statistics only with your consent. We keep it until you delete your account. Deactivating keeps it, so you can come back. Deleting removes your account, profile, files and events, while reviews and past job records stay without your name, as [Deleted User], because they are part of other people's history.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or erase your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Most of this is in the app: statistics in Preferences, deletion in your profile. For the rest, write to noreply@vaitu.net. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Vaitu is for people aged 18 or over.
